Join leaders navigating what AI means for their industry.
Connect with a curated community of peers to share what you’re seeing, learn what others are discovering, and help shape what comes next.
Leaders with something to contribute. And something still to learn.
Each Think Tank is intentionally curated to bring together people with different experiences, perspectives, and questions, but a shared curiosity about what’s changing and what comes next.
You'll contribute to research, join candid conversations, exchange ideas and resources, and tap the collective experience of people who understand your world.
You don't need to be an AI expert.
You do need to be curious, generous with what you know, and willing to participate.
You want to learn with smart peers, share what you're seeing, and contribute to the conversation.
You're looking for another networking group, AI class, or place to promote yourself.
You are not the audience.
You're part of the intelligence.
The Think Tank runs as a continuous cycle, designed to turn what members are experiencing into something the whole group can learn from.
Take the Pulse
Each quarter starts with a survey about what you're seeing, trying, questioning, and learning.
Come Together
Coastal turns those signals into a curated Think Tank Session built around the questions that matter now.
Stay Connected
Between sessions, ask the room, continue conversations, and share intelligence and resources with your community.
Then we do it again.
